I think there was a thread like this a little while.ago lol. But my votes will and always will be......... Megatron TF1 design, behaviour, and character Starscream Shockwave Blackout Soundwave Thundercracker Skywarp Ramjet
Overlord (Steve Blum), Thunderwing (Mark Hamill), Bludgeon (John DiMaggio) and Blitzwing (Arnold Schwarzenegger).
If Megatron, Soundwave and Starscream don't return the movies will suck and I will not watch them. All forms of TF fiction without those three Decepticons failed. Fuck new Decepticons. Sign my petition for the "Big Three", it's in my avatar.
I dunno, man. It's not like Megs, Soundwave and Starscream performed all that brilliantly in the existing films.
YES!!! Don't forget about blackout and shockwave though. New villains suck besides Thundercracker Skywarp and Ramjet. But no one can replace the core cons
Shockwave: After just managing to survive Operation Pillar, Shockwave is now co leader of the Cons. Thunderwing: The new co leader of the Cons, a fierce worrier and surprisingly caring, he has a habit of having his mind clouded by his objective. Shockwave often has to hold him back in battle and stop him from wasting resources. Energy and the troops he normally cares about alike. Soundblaster: No relation to Soundwave, SB replaces SW as Intelligence Officer. Similar to G1 Soundwave in personality. Buzzsaw: Soundblasters mini partner. He is similar to DOTM Laserbeak. Strika: A very deadly Decepticon commando, Strika is the Decepticon version of Ironhide. Thundercracker: A fun loving Air worrier who loves nothing better than a good dog fight. Onslaught: The Decepticons heavy hitter, Onslaught is twice the size of Optimus and can take a massive amounts of damage.
All good, man (I like your interpretation of Strika as a female version of Ironhide, as well as how you've given Shockwave the opportunity for redemption)... ... but for this. The thing that set Thunderwing apart from other Con leaders was the fact that he actually valued his troops. He didn't just have battlefield expertise, he had serious charisma and inspired loyalty.
Yes, because Masterforce, both the Beast shows, and 60% of Transformers comics sucked really bad when "The Big Three" weren't there. Anyways, I second all the guys Nachtsider suggested.
Oh, I thought it was the exact opposite. I'll have to reread his TFwiki article. I'm might keep him because a caring Con leader would make an interesting change. Edit: Changed my bio for him in my post.
Fine and dandy now. I think Thunderwing would be quite the optimum choice for main villain, given that he has the power to operate the Autobot Matrix of Leadership. That in itself allows for all kind of plot ideas.
I like the Thunderwing Matrix thing, could be a nice idea. I also like the idea of Blitzwing showing up and utterly confounding the Autobots the first time they fight.
I'm inclined to suggest these three, though that Thunderwing idea sounds good. Introduces a lesser known character to the more general public.
