in the tech spec bio for deep desrt brawl pack it reads hes always trained more as a healer then a warrior and in rotf he seems to be ratchets helper or assistant. so are they meant to be mentor and student? personally i like to believe so, it actully mirrors the ironhide/sideswipe mentor realationship
If he is , jolt inst gonna get any where with ratchet as his tutor, we haven't seen ratchet fix any thing, all he did was aim a laser to bb in TF1 and... Um... Nope that was all I feel sorry for Jolt
It says in Jolt's bio on the Hasbro page that Ratchet teaches him to be a medic "to reign his wild side."
You know the sad thing? Ratchet's 'assistant' did more as a medic than him in these movies. And Jolt was only in one movie.
Ok ill give u the whole "saving the world" even though he didnt put effort into it , rather jst attatchet his two electro whips and parts start flying around. but ratchet killed 5 cons. All the others kill that many in there sleep !

Ratchet can kill Cons over 500 feet away with only his assault rifle. That just earns him some badass points right there.
No. He's Autobot Jesus. Ratchet summoned him in Egypt so he could power up Optimus Prime, then Jolt went back into the heavens. That's why he was barely in the movie. ... Anyways, no, I don't think he's Ratchet's assistant. He just has the ability to use his jesus whips to do stuff.
-Two when charging out of the Warehouse (the one where Wheeljack gives out the boomsticks) -Torches one with some sort of frame welder when OP is about to begin his murder mile -Guns down one when the Autobots charge (the "Charge the pillars!" scene) and takes down a Sniper on top of a building with a missile in the same scene
Ah, okay, All in DOTM, I see. Must've missed it. They can do all that, but still can't so much as briefly show him fixing someone up.
