The answer to the question is Bumbleee actually using real voice

During the godfather part 3 al Pacino, while in Siciily says "goodbye my old friend". This is exactly the same tone and wording of bumblebee and hence I can come to the conclusion it is not bumblebees voice during transformers 3 but indeed his radio. Also he has an English accent in the beginning when he explains to prime he wishes to stay as SAMs guardian

It's from Star trek: Wrath of Khan not Godfather.

I consider the way he uses the radio in DOTM as lines because he is obviously wanting to say something but can't so he uses the radio.

^ That link seems to be semi-useless as evidence, but I never thought it was anything but radio-speak anyway.

And Bee does talk with his own voice in all three movies, after a fashion, he's just using it differently to form rudimentary sounds like, "whu-evah!" and "awww" and stuff like that.

First of all, calm down brah... it's not THAT serious! This isn't life & death stuff here...

Second of all, it isn't Mark Ryan

Third, MOST of BB's "radio dialogue" are made from clips of Tom Hanks dialogue from various films...

    Yup.

    Nope.

Pretty obviously radio-speak, what with the clipping and all. Pretty sure it was probably Tom Hanks, too. Or someone else who sounds a hell of a lot like him, at any rate.

I agree Tom hanks's voice is used numerous times in the trilogy but it is fact that "goodbye old friend" is from the godfather part 3. Just take a look at it and I swear you will understand

    I don't disagree at all!

Just saying that if that link's supposed to play audio of the sample, then it's not working.

    Not with Chrome, anyway.

I even logged in with fb just to make sure that wasn't the problem.

In Mark Ryan's filmography is only this listed:
Transformers: Dark of the Moon - Onset voice and Additional military voices (uncredited)
    Not that he's voicing Bumblebee.

Or, more precisely, Bee's ballgag mouthpiece does move, but it's more in accordance with his "Aww..." sound that he's making underneath the sampled dialogue than it is with the sample itself. It sort of falls open for that sound like D: and then he kind of sets his jaw as he looks up. No mouthing of words beyond that.

I meant actual speech, like his "Permission to speak, sir" line from TF1. It's bobbing much like Optimus does when he talked with the mouthplate up. Of course it doesn't move when he makes those noises because that's not speaking.

Bee does speak in his own voice in ROTF. And when I say own voice I dont mean Mark Ryan human voice from the first movie and or radio voice either. In ROTF turn you captions on so you can read everything that is said and watch the part of the scene just after Bee kills all the kitchen bots and Sam tells him to get back into the garage. Bee throws up his arms and says WHATEVER! and it is clear that it was meant to be him trying to say it on his own without the radio as it comes out all raspy in more of a robotic tone. I would see this being more hit true voice if he had to force himself to try and talk without the radio.
