The release date so far is confirmed-for the U.S anyway-as the Friday 30th September, but Amazon.co.uk and Play.com are listing 28th November. Does the U.K really have to wait another 2 months for DOTM??? I'm hoping someone here will know the truth.
Sadly, it does appear the November release is the real deal. Amazon UK have it down as November, too.
No no no no wat the hell? Why do we hafta wait ?? Is there a way of us brits gettin it quicker online???
Allright thanks guys. Why is it the U.K TF fans always get screwed over buy Hasbro, and every one else. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, think of it like this: At least now you won't get ripped off by being offered a lame single-disc with no extras first only to have the full deal be released in a few months.
And if it came out in the UK next week, you'd cry about having to double-dip to get the full version in a few months. One version, one release, a sensible amount of time after the film's featured its theatrical run. What a crime.
I see no release for DOTM next week here in New Zealand either, and heard nothing of an early Australian release either. Look like it's the US only that's getting an early release of the film - rest of the world seemingly is waiting till November and getting a full release.
This is totally unfair. How come America gets the DVD first? I would like Paramount or Hasbro or wherever to give an actual REASON.
Because they're not WASTING OTHER COUNTRIES TIME with the vanilla release that has no extra features!
