Oh sure. And Wheelie and Brains is a reference to ketchup and mustard.

I don’t understand your problem with my post. And explain to me just how Brains and Wheelie invoke ketchup and mustard.

some of the things youve noticed are a bit of a stretch or just a massive coincidence.
IE: the Doctor Who parallel. pure damn coincidence.
and yelling Yo Leo! is not a reference to GIJoe... its a reference to the word Yo, meaning hey. often used to grab ones attention.

I think what he is trying to say is: All your "references" have about zero to do with anything you refered them to. Hence why he said: Wheelie and Brains is a reference to Mustard and Ketchup. He was attempting to put it into words that mock your referencing.

I only just noticed that today while rewatching the movie. I always thought they were just random little spider-things.

Not only were they little "Doctors" (with similar, if not the same, voices!) but it also looked like they were trying to repair Megatron. If so, that brings a slightly more insane side to Megs as he is intentionally sabotaging his sanity by destroying them.

Hey everyone!. I was studying the carnage after Optimus kills megs and sentinel, and I noticed in the part when the camera is zooming out on optimus, the autobots are rolling in, soldiers walking towards optimus and before sam hugs carly. On the ground you can see Optimus' arm that's been chopped off. his hand is doing the 'rock on' sign. index finger and pinky are sticking up.

    Don't think so.

His fingers are just curled/gnarled in a way that one's fingers might be if one's arm was violently torn at by the roots. It just so happens that his ring and middle finger are curled in a bit more than his pointer and pinky.

in the beginning, before the autobots go to the moon, optimus states they have an autobot spacecraft which can take them there. later on when they are being thrown off the planet, sam states that they dont have a way to leave. even without the Xanthium, they would've had one. unless this is the craft they were referring to. but either way, the point is still valid

It is assumed the xanthium was kept from the public eye, which includes Sam.

Oh i didnt mean that. i meant that while he didnt know exactly how they went, he DID know that they went somehow, meaning they had something that was able to transport them.

Yeah, there are several instances of questionable compositing in this (and the other 2) movie.

^Pretty much every big VFX movie (Pirates, LOTR, King Kong, Avatar, Jurassic Park) has moments of questionable work, ranging from minor inconstancies to major "turkey shots". It's par for the course.

And what point is that? That Sam was unaware of a method that the Autobots could use to leave the Earth? As Wrecker217 said, it's pretty much just the Autobots, NASA and NEST that have knowledge of the Xanthium. Sam wouldn't. 99% of the population wouldn't. For all Sam knows, the Autobots are stuck here without a way to get out.

Long time, but I think I got some relevant stuff (though not much):

Dylan’s last name is Gould. This is a possible reference to STARGATE, where the primary antagonists are named the Go’auld and utilizes a travelling mechanism as its primary tech.

Voskhod’s automobile is a Mercedes Benz. You could call this a foreshadowing of the Mercede-Benz SLS-AMG Carly gets, as being a Decepticon.

When Dylan is slammed into the pillar, there is fire and smoke seen coming from his body, but when his body falls from the rubble he is relatively unscathed, with no burns or smoke or even charred clothing.

    That's.... a bit of a stretch.

It would be a stretch to call that a stretch.

Ah, finally we have an image of the filming helicopter! Good catch.

As for the bystandards looking, of course they're civilians looking at the filming of a big-budget movie in their hometown, but it's also not out of the question to have a plausible explanation for their presence there; not all of Chicago civilians managed to escape when the 'Cons took over. Office buildings still have employees trapped in them, no reason to assume that some apartment-dwellers couldn't escape as well. They're merely (risking their lives) to look at the alien war being fought right outside their windows.

But still, that's kind of funny. "Hey mom, look! That's me! Did you see that? That was me! In that window. In that one shot. It's already passed, so don't bother."
