Ideas, Concept, characters that you wish they had kept in the films?

as u know in Many films there are always ideas, cahracters etc that we´re planend to be added but got removed so i was wondering what Things they removed from teh film u wish they had kept

Does 'closure to Barricade's character' count?

 

This. It would have been nice that they did what they promised to do in ROTF, which is to explain Barricade's fate at the end of the 07 Movie.

The aircraft carrier robot dropped from Movie 1.

I've been waiting since TF1 for a (movieverse) aircraft carrier TF. Oh well...maybe some day...

OK, I really wish this was actually shown in the movie.

 

I think Arcee's combined form. The toys had some potential to pull it off, but then we never got a third unique toy. I bet they could have made better toys if they were not planning the combination.

Along the same line, I wish we could have gotten proper toys for the rest of the constructicons. Even better if they could have combined. The legends combiner is good, and the deluxes and voyagers we got were pretty good, but it's a shame we could not have got a good set of larger transforming bots who combine.

As for more plot-related stuff. I wish Bumblebee would have talked in RotF. Even if he used the radio a large portion of the time.

 

I would have really liked to see Wheeljack in the first movie. With roles like leader, medic, weapon designer, and recon officer, an inventor seems like the next logical addition. They could have cut out a bunch of Frenzy scenes which I though were ridiculous and had Wheeljack even if he was a background character the whole time. At least we're getting him in DOTM but I'm afraid of what his personality and behavior is going to be D:

For me, I would've liked Arcee in the first movie, but along side Ironhide. A cast of six would've been cool, and if they had to cut someone they could've cut Jazz. (AHAHAHAHAgeddit) An aircraft carrier character would've been sweet. Also Barricade's death, so people would stop clamouring for him to come back.

Also the Matrix being a renewed Allspark.

Without a doubt, Jazz. I'd trade Arcee, Jolt, and the Twins for his return.

 

I say ratchets concept art, jetprime with the axe, and that giant seacon.

 

-Arcee in the first movie, and just not have Orci and Kurtzman explaining female robots to the audience.
-Barricade's death in the first movie by Optimus Prime.
-Springer and Breakaway in Revenge of the Fallen.
-The plot point in ROTF where the Fallen promised Megatron the powers of a Prime, so Megatron would serve the Fallen to further his own agenda instead of being the Fallen's yes-man.
-The Fallen being trapped in a triangular sarcophagus.
-The government's cover-up of the battle in Mission City actually being explained in ROTF instead of...just never being explained, I guess.

 

Let's see;

Barricade to be left for one last battle in ROTF.

Hightower and Overload appearing in ROTF, and combining from robots to vehicles and to Devs, along with the rest of the constructicons. 

Twins "upgrade"/combined" mode to face help out the autobots/soilders against Devastator.

Arceee's combined mode.

Incenirator, in TF1.

Sideways, should have been used A LOT more.

Epic battle between Mixmaster and Jetfire.

Longer and brutal battle between JetPrime/Megs and The Fallen.

A lot more exposure of Starscream, Scrapper, Mixmaster, Longhaul and the drones in Egypt.

 

I really liked the old concept art with Soundwave as a pick up truck in ROTF, I would of been fine with him coming down to Earth and taking that alt mode.

 

I wished they had the fallen as the stealth bomber. it looked insane
