After a long final battle between his arch-nemesis,
Optimus Prime gets behind Megatron, takes out one of his arm blades, grabs the other end with his free hand and using it like a big saw, skins off Megatron's scalp from front to back, exposing his brain. Megatron screams in pain, an inaudible pain alien to the ears of men.
"This is for Jazz, Jetfire, and all the countless lives your selfish quest for power has destroyed!"
Optimus jams the sword straight down through Megatron's skull, the glowing blade visible through Megatron's gaping maw. Prime then digs deeper, shoving his whole hand into Megaton's skull and rips out his entire spine, pulling it straight up through the overlord's brain casing. Megatron's eyes pop back into his head from the sockets and follow, attached, to the rest of this spiny mess of internals as Prime continues to remove it in one swift action. Finally, Megatron's spark chamber emerges, which Prime quickly grabs hold of, contemplating his next action...
"All these eons, countless generations lost, and it comes to this *CRACK!* I thought you were made of sterner stuff..."
Optimus shatters the spark in his hand, fragments drizzle through the gaps of his fingers. He breathes a sure sing of relief, knowing that the Cybertronian wars have finally come to an end. They are no longer Autobots, no longer Decepticons, ALL ARE ONE. They are "THE TRANSFORMERS."
Fade to Black. Roll credits.

During the climactic battle, Megatron sacrifices himself to save and/or help Optimus. Before he does, he acknowledges Optimus as the true ruler of all Transformers.
So, in short, something very similar to Armada.

Ok fine he doesn't have to be a dick to Prime but Bumblebee showing his growth and being ready to be next in line for top autobot is something unique, imo. Quote:
