    I've heard claims like "it's going to be darker" during production of the last movie and the only "darker" tone we got was the shade from Devastator's balls. So you'll understand if I reserve judgment for when I torrent it.

    There's a very strong case that can be made supporting the opinion that TF2 was darker than TF1.

    The only way ROTF was darker than TF1 was when I watched Scalpel and the Constructicons in the deep, dark Laurentian Abyss on bootleg quality.

    A little odd for Bay to say things like that, but he'll surely revert to his old ways.

    Darker, emotional, characterization? YES! This will be a MASTERPIECE.
