When they speak in the tie-ins, like comics or games or other things, you have to imagine a voice for them, and somehow, that fleshes out the Con in question.
Like for example, in the first movie DS Decepticons game especially, all the Cons besides Megatron and the Create-A-Bot have real voices and real parts.
Noah Nelson made Blackout a quiet, powerful, but smart kind of Con - very rare in the BayVerse.
Brawl, well, he's as stupid as the movie suggested.
Starscream was what many wanted out of him - treacherous, scheming, and everything we love about Starscream with Daniel Ross behind the wheel - er, cockpit... jet... thing.
Barricade in particular was brought to life by Keith David, with a cool, scheming, and battle-hardened personality.
Anyway, to my point, voice actors breath life and personalities into the Cons - figuratively. Does anyone have anyone in mind for voices for the silent Cons, like the Constructicons, Bonecrusher, Sideways, and others?
Personally, I like Phil LaMarr's voice for TFA Oil Slick as Long Haul... |

They did a superb job. There may be no peace for the wicked, but the righteous can damn well get a piece whenever they feel like it. |

Just wanna see Depp do a Jack Sparrow voice and be a smart ass Con. Quote:

Can't really think of any voices where I'd say just like that, but I'd like it if it was voice actors who can put a lot of character into just a few lines like say a Mark Hamill or Billy West. Something a bit like G1 where a character might not have very many lines but the voice was something that said tons about the character.
That or an actor who has one those really cool stand out voices like Vin Diesel or Ron Pearlman. |

I agree though that most of the 'cons don't talk. I was excited to hear Bonecrusher's voice. How excited was I when I finshed watching the movie. (2007). Yeah.
Anyway, I wouldn't mind Jeffery Dean Morgan, working on the 'cons voice. |
