Can't really think of any voices where I'd say just like that, but I'd like it if it was voice actors who can put a lot of character into just a few lines like say a Mark Hamill or Billy West. Something a bit like G1 where a character might not have very many lines but the voice was something that said tons about the character.
That or an actor who has one those really cool stand out voices like Vin Diesel or Ron Pearlman. | Believe it or not the Transformers movie games are actually better scripted and have better characters development than the movies themselves. It's sad really. Haha!  | |

For sideswipe, i would like whoever it is that plays as black scrubs from scrubs (family guy ref.) to be his voice. but with the vecoder thing.
And the dude who played as sandman in spiderman 3 should do brawl's voice.
