#1 | | Manifestation of /toy/ Join Date: Jan 2009 Posts: 353 Location: Thornhill Ontario Collection Count: 700+ News Credits: 1 | A-Listers for the Robots Ever get the feeling, that if the robots were voiced by A-list actors in the movie, they might have had more than... 3 lines (at most) each?
Obviously the cast they got are veterans when it comes to voice over work, but the average movie-goer wouldn't have a clue who most of them were.
As such, I don't think Bay or the writing staff thought it was necessary to give them much character, or screen time, or dialog.  Click here to make your own scared soldiers edit |

Christian Bale- Prowl
Liam Neeson- Ultra Magnus
Christian Bale was in "Howl's Moving Castle", so he's not really against voice-overs if the script is good. It would never happen, it's just my opinion.

It would never happen, it's just my opinion. | I don't think any A-listers are against doing voice work. It's good money and an extra credit for something they can often do in an afternoon's work.
In general I think professional voice actors are a much better way to go. |
