And no, despite it being quite up to par on detail, minor differences with Procter's model show it's not the official mode, and as it was said, it has far too much detail for it to be a game model.
I dunno, it looks pretty spot-on, minus the apparent lack of neck. Bear in mind a lot, and I mean A LOT, of Prime images from procter's site are not-quite finished concept drawings, not final CGI models. Hell, even Prime's posture and stance are spot-on to the movie!

That sir, is a piece of concept art. A painting, not a 3dmodel and its early because the head is an older design and not the final version of the head in the movie. Agreed though that this is definitely not the hirez model used to rip normals for the game rez model. It's much too detailed.
