I'm good with the Autobot crew from the second film as long as the twins have some horrible space bridge accident between films and they are never heard from again. Not too sure how many more bots I'd add to the Autobot team given we still have seen so little from far too much of the team. I mean you have to add some with being a new movie but I don't want to end up with a Mortal Kombat 2 the Movie sort of cast.

Decepticons I can see Megatron, Starscream and Soundwave returning because we know the three of them were still functioning at the end of the second movie. Not too crazy about them using Decepticons from other places if all they are going to is kill them off. You get excited a character you like is going to be in the film only to have that excitement turn to bitterness when the character was just there to get killed.

Speaking of killed sounds like the F-22 is getting the ax on the more planes being built so I wonder if the military might suggest to Bay that he change Starscream to the F-35 instead.

That would be damned stupid, they'll stop producing F-22s sure but they'll still have 10010291920192019 F-22s ready to use considering we never had a truly good use for all of 'em.

 

The Ultra Magnus as Oil tanker is a idea that I have since 2007.
