Ok, I for one thought the film was hilarious, as did My Dad, who came with me. So, who do you think was the funniest character in the entire franchise? Lets see here...I thought Glenn from the first film was hilarious, as was Leo Spitz and Skids and Mudflap from the sequel. Those are, in my opinion, the funniest. A three way 4 way tie in other words. Go on, comment! Who's the funniest?
I think Sam's dad is pretty damn funny. Especially the face plant when they are running from the kitchen wrecking crew!
Definitely thought Glenn was funny ("SHE DID IT!"). I did laugh a lot at Skids, Mudflap, Wheelie, and Jetfire.
Simmons was great this time around, it funny though because the first movie made you hate him. But this movie made you really enjoy him
I thought he was one of the best parts of the first movie...there was plenty of other crap to hate though.
Jetfire was funny with his tales about his dad being "the first wheel" and asking "Do you know what he transformed into? NOTHING! and he did so with honor!"

I thought Simmons was actually funny in ROTF. I didn't like him at all in TF1, but he was likeable in ROTF.
I liked Simmons in this one. The angle for his character was perfect. Tasing Leo earns extra points. And I didn't find myself rolling my eyes at him or anything of the sort--his material entertained. And that's saying a lot since he annoyed me to no end in the first movie. I put myself in the position of a new hire for Sector-7, seeing everything and learning what it was all about. And at the end of the tour, I meet the big boss. Mr. In-charge. What he says, goes. What he wants, gets done. Mr. All-the-way-to-the-top, and no farther. Agent Simmons. I'm a new recruit, I'm going "We have to answer to THAT?!" Likely tossing my hat on the table and walking out. You can neuro-flash me later. (Different movie? Whatever...) The Twins did make me laugh, surprisingly. Favorite bit being when Bumblebee had to throw them out. Bagging on Leo was a close second. Though there was more of them than I would have preferred. Like the action sequence with Devastator. Swap with Sideswipe. The winner, though, has to be the parents. Especially the mom. I always found that Dad came off as mean in the last one, with better moments once in a while. This time around was much better. Both of them cracked me up in about every scene they were in, and Dad was much more on Sam's side with things than the 'tough love' of the first one. Yeh, long explanations, but that's my list. Can't believe the Twins are up there. But I laughed, so there we are.
funny nobody mentioned Sam Sam: "My friend.. went to find you a tighter shirt" Short dude: "There isn't one, we checked." *gives props to big dude* Short dude: "How bout I park my foot up your ass" Sam: "What size shoe do you wear?" rofl.
