    Yeah it is. You asked why everyone thought laserbeak was in the movie. Everyone who? Where is this apparent widespread belief that laserbeak is in the movie because one guy says "I think it would've been cool if laserbeak was in it" ? One little comment you misread and blew up into something non-existent.

    WHO could she have been called a Pretender? Duh.
    Who called the Constructicons Constructicons in the movie?
    By the way, Alice has a very obvious reference to her class when she tells Sam "Tonight we can PRETEND I'm your girlfriend and we can PRETEND you're my boyfriend".
    Weird as it sounds, they made her say it twice for emphasis.
    This is similar to when in the first one they made Sam say the "more than meets the eye" line.

    She was a G1 homage to the Pretenders. Didn't you hear Soundwave call her Longtooth?

    Hasbro would not have one of the more well known Decepticon's get destroyed so easy by a human like Alice did..I think we'll see Laserbeak & Buzzsaw in TF3

    Does Megatron count as "well known Decepticon"? I mean Sam did just shove a cube into his chest... Granted its not as flashy as running him over in a car, but still.

    Definitely missed the part with her being called Longtooth.. Shoulda been long tounge.. lol

    That'd be sweet.. They could have still had Soundwave dispatch Laserbeak who figured out that Spike had something up with him, and then they could have dispatched a few "unknown" minion robots to intercept and be destroyed.

    Still I overall enjoyed the movie (I don't hate it like most people did). Just ended up being a conversation my wife and I had that I was thinking about while I was bored at work. :) 

    Boy I sure would hate to see a Transformer for "Alice." All those pieces to try to turn inside out.. Yikes!

    Her Decepticon name IS Alice. It's a homage to the Star TV dub were Blaster was called Billy. :p

    Alice was the stupidest and most pointless idea. (Well, more so, one of the many very pointless ideas for this movie...)

    Yeah he "died" in the first movie..

    But Spoilers here for those who have yet to see the movie, though i'm sure many already know this.. He's back for this movie.

    But of course to agree with your logic (on an autobot side) I'd say Jazz is probably one of the better known autobots.. and he stays dead.. :-/

    And if you dont know Megs is back in this movie....Where the hell you been man?

    Yeah.. I was thinking the same thing.. But decided to put the spoiler warning because with my luck someone got dropped in the middle of the woods and has just recently been found 3 months later and had no idea megatron was livin.. :)

    True. I accidentally found out that Prime died simply because I was reading about his deaths in other series. Wasn't prepared for that last entry....
