Personally, I don't really care much for Linkin Park. However, I do like the version of New Divide on the actual score as I think it fits the movie better.

Overall, the music fits the movie, but I'm disappointed that some of the tracks weren't used.

The music fits on the style how the film is. It wouldn't fit in a real Transformers series, but to the movies it's perfect. Although it's somehow standard teenie movie music in a way...

Somehow americans only are in black music and guitar music it seems to me...

    That's a pretty poor generalization.

Urgh, I know! There are 13 Tracks on ROTF: The Album, and the only one, besides New Divide, they decided to reuse x3, was "21 Guns"? Its an okay Green Day song, but nothing special. What were they trying to imply, that it was Mikaela's favorite song or something? I would've pegged her for someone who listened to The All-American Rejects or Hoobastank on repeat, not Green Day.

Yeah, its a great album. Yet, why is that song playing 24/7 at the bike shop?

I picture her as more of a 'Strokes' kind of girl.

The close up of Ironhide Transforming to "NEST" (Linkin Park Score Track) was PERFECT!...."He's here....I smell him". It was so awesome.

Yeah, it was. Probably because there was some varitey to the type of songs they used. It wasn't all Top 10/20 Radio Rock of the month :p . Not that ROTF: The Album is awful, its just not as Repeatable, if you get my meanin'.
