... for being the only Decepticon employee who reached performance targets and completed every task assigned to him, including:
- Tapping into a satellite
- Using said satellite to tap into every computer/telecom system in the world
- Successfully retrieving Allspark fragment (Credits to partner/parasite Ravage)
- Making creepy phone calls to Paris
- Successfully locating location of CEO, Megatron
...and more
All these was accomplished in absolute isolation (At least after he'd ejaculated the robo dog into orbit) and vacuum.
