Ravage pretty much does not really have an alt mode also except his flying mode. The Dinobots are real transformers bec. they are robots who transform into something. |

Again, I considered your scenario before myself ( minus the cloaking device)
as a rugged Autobot platoon from Cybertron etc..But still, wouldn't having say Aerialbots make more sense than "Dinobots" that aren't even really Dinobots? And what of the Dinobots personalities? |

how could their dino modes actually hide and retain cover, other than hiding in a natural history museum.
Also if bay puts them in to movie, they wont be dinos, they'll be insert sponcered automobile company's newest car or truck or whatever...then all the fans will be wining that they arent g1 or dinos
the only way i can think of the dinobots is they be vehicls that can turn into dinos but NO robot mode |

The Dinobots are real transformers bec. they are robots who transform into something. | Also in movies the enemy often has "monsters" or "creatures" that the good guys don't. Like in LOTR, only the enemies had cave trolls, huge battle elephants and massive beasts at their command. |

Dinobots are like normal people and very intelligent except that they are also cannibals. |
