The writers have something to do with this too.. | Yea it's the writers that suck (ever watched Fringe - horrible show, anyone can write like that). Bay was made for movies like this, these movies are so much fun to watch. I guess TFs, like Star Wars, doesn't demand good writing - it just has to look good to sell. At the end of the day all Transformers series are kind of silly from G1 to Animated, works for me as I'm just watching for the action and cool sh!t.

not knocking the movie i loved it...i love seeing prime and the other robots in live action but there was a lot of holes in the movie....maybe let speilburg step in and finish the final movie.  | |

I'd still keep Micheal Bay.. As long as he makes PArt 3, more darker and less of the potty humor it has. | |

I also don't want a jarring difference between visual styles. Trust me, TRANSFORMERS will be redone in 10 years by a new group who may be able to deliver on ALL our concerns (ala Batman). For now though, Let Bay finish what he started, It's very good action and really (as I have said before) is in line with what G1 was.
