Wuertz and Ramirez. These two were some of Gordan's most trusted cops, they may have not known everything but they knew a lot. I also do not think the Joker got caught on purpose, I think what happened was more of a plan B, if he didn't kill Harvey after already failing once.

I love how people need to find something wrong with TDK, because it was critically AND commercially successful, and RotF was only COMMERCIALLY successful. TDK was a well-crafted film with good acting, can we give it a rest? RotF was an action film and nothing more.

I love Batman AND Transformers a great deal. But I don't have to make excuses for Batman, when his last two movies have been outstanding. I shouldn't have to and CAN'T make excuses for Transformers, as long as the movies turn out like RotF.

Interesting comment that TF fans are considered some of the dumbest fans ... and this coming from a fan???

Its also funny considering in an article I read some years ago it stated that TF fans are generally above average in intelligence...*sigh* no, I don't have the ******* link...deal with it. It was like 5 years ago when I read it. But it would make sense. At the very least, anyone ever handed a TF toy to a none TF fan and, even with the instructions, ask them to transform it? HAHAHAHHAH Not always but most of the time its rather funny to watch...

And Bale didnt mumble to me when I watched it. Actually there /was/ one line where it was hard to make out but for me it was just one line. The rest was fine to me.

I really liked The Dark Knight.
It was great how they continued the story after Batman Begins with Wayne Manor being rebuilt and all.

However, there was another huge plothole that no one seemed to notice.
Rachel had been obviously been beaten several times with the ugly stick between movies.
Was there a super villain that attacked between films that drained all the HAWT from her?
No one said anything about it!

Also, the bat-suit did not have nipples.
It's not really a good Batman film without nipples on the batsuit.

Who cares about the TDK If it wasn't for his death the film prob woudn't made all that money..

the only reason people went to see it was cause of the demise of heath ledger..

Plus the film story was too much around Harvey dent...

It made a ton of money because it was a sequel to a good, successful comic book film. Why did the Spider-Man films make a ton of money? No one died.

To me, there's really no comparison between TDK and ROTF. People may say that they're both superhero, fantasy movies, and are therefore, comparable. But Chris Nolan and Michael Bay approached the movies with such different intentions, that any similarities disappear.

I like to think that Chris Nolan always had the audience in mind when he was constructing a story. He was thinking, "Will people buy the idea of the motorcycle acting as an escape pod from a larger vehicle, or should we try something a little more realistic? Will sonar vision be too fantastic for real life? Will we be able to construct a believable character arc for Harvey Dent without it feeling rushed?"

I imagine the inside of Michael Bay's brain goes something like, "I wanna see BALLS on the robot! Big Metal Clanging Balls! And if they don't like it, F**K em! I don't care how they get to Egypt, just get em there! Then I wanna see some boobs, intercut with explosions, and then more boobs, then I wanna see a little robot humping Megan Fox! Yeah! That'll make at least two or three people in the theater laugh! Can we replace this touching scene between Sam and Bumblebee with a fart joke?!? Do we have time?!? F**K!"

^^^ Well that's one thing I like about Bay (assuming he DOES think like that :p  ), he just does what he wants, and the result is an amazingly fun roller-coaster-ride movie.

Uuuuummmm, the same way he was one step ahead of everyone the entire time! Inside sources via Maroni via the Police Dept. No matter WHO admitted to being The Batman, he already knew the route that would be taken.

Do you think that that fire truck was "coincidentally" overturned in the middle of the run, causing the motorcade to be rerouted to a back-up route, that The Joker was apparently also aware of? Not hardly. It's all right there in the film... The Joker had inside information, period.

Not even close! TDK was THE most anticipated film of the decade long before Ledger died. It was already in the bag. Had he lived, TDK would have still exploded the way it did.
