You're probably thinking of "One shall stand. One shall fall." from the G1 movie.

 

Not really a quote, but the way Soundwave talks, sort of in third person. "Soundwave acknowledges." For example. I'm still sad he didn't announce releasing Ravage.

 

Me too! How hard would it have been to have him say "Ravage, eject. Operation, infiltration." That would have been so cool. ;_;

I would have creamed. Still, the very fact that he ejected Ravage in the first place is awesome.

 

That's true, but I always remember him making it rhyme in G1, lol.

 

when i get the dvd and upload it to my computer i'll be vocoding soundwaves lines as well as adding in the "ravage eject: operation retrieval" line. i'll probably upload the soundclips for you guys so you can add them into your movie as well too (just the soundclips) that way there wont be any worry about anything illegal going on

I think his voice would sound weird if it was vocoded I wouldn't like that.

 

It would sound like the original Soundwave. It's the same guy, doing the same voice, but without the same effect over it.

 

I know but I can't image it on the movie Soundwave.

That would have been pretty cool, and I would have liked to see him "passing the alt modes" to the protoforms at some point. But, those were minor flaws imho.
