Okay so by now you know if you liked the movie or not. It seems almost everyone had some issues with it though and it certainly was not flawless. Still... Loved this movie and saw it once in IMAX and once again last night on regular screen.

So..... seems like in the TF movie universe we have come to know, that even though there are different TF's with different names... many look the same. Kinda cool.

Insecticons that came out of Ravages mouth then transformed in to the crazy looking deal (which I thought was awesome), they all had the same face and body. Kinda like Grindor and Blackout. Like, Grindor took the same shape as Blackout did. There were also protoforms in the desert who looked exactly the same as well in the head area. Bunch of Blackout heads all over.

There were also.... at least two Longhawls (one walking around looking for Sam and Megafox... one one Devestators leg). At least two Bonecrushers, looked like one got destoryed at the bottom of the ocean and one drive around in the desert when the proforms hatched. Also... a Bonecrusher took out the Purple bike and Arce (the pink bike). Oh... two mixmasters. One on the head of Devs and one who got taken out by Grandpa Blackbird. Oh... and one more.... Demolisher. One demolisher got destroyed and one was the torso of Devs.

Oh my god... just though of another one too. Rampage... isn't Rampage the other foot of Devs? So how can he be holding Sam's parents hostage if he is at the same time combined with Devs.

So.... that was a big question I had.

Also.... what up with the Fallen? Thought he was trapped in his sarcophagus?

Also... I thought the Nemesis was on Mars. Sure looked like Saturn to me?

    Anyone want to chime in?

multiple constructicons. all you have to do is scan similar alt modes, results in different paint job.

idk about the fallen. the comics made its seem like his body was still on earth. i guess he was just very weak and took so long to regenerate.

nemesis was on the moons of saturn in the movie.

    1. There were lots of constructicon clones. There was 1 Scrapper robot and 2 Scrapper vehicles. 1 Long Haul robot and 2 Long Haul vehicles. There was only 1 Bonecrusher. The parts for Megatron were taken from a yellow volvo excavator.
The many tiny crawling robots from Ravage were not Insecticons but nanobots that formed the thin robot called Reedman.

    2. The Fallen was not trapped but he seemed to prefer to sit on eggs.

    3. Since Saturn is a bit far, I would assume that Megatron used a space bridge to get to Saturn in just 5 seconds. For space ships that humans have invented so far, I heard it takes years just to get to Mars, altho lighter probes are able to get there faster.

Yeah I was like that has to be a moon off of Saturn.... how the heck did they get way the f out there? I thought they were on Mars. Every comic points to mars.

"get yo ass to maaas!" Total Recal Arnold Quote sorry.... had to say it.

Also.... the fallen was in like... a sarcophogus... literally in the comic. Like a relic. A relic that they found on Cybertron. A relic found in the ground with a bunch of other relics just like it but were all smashed. One of them had the same symbol as Optimus Prime.... Obviously his distant ancestor. The fallen had the decepticon symbol on his... very cool.

Still... what the F? How the heck did he get out of the sarcophogus?

I'm seeing holes in the movie universe BIG TIME. The comics and movies don't add up. I think it's because they don't want things to leak so they have to make things different in order to not convey what will be in the upcoming movie.

Then again it could have been a last minute Bay decisiopn to just open with the Fallen haning out in his living room on Saturn. What the F?

I dont want to sound like a techinical Transformer geek, but I do want to know what happened during the Megatron resurrection. From what I had heard and seen, the US Navy submarine said that there were 5 objects moving fast towards the lorenchen abyss. Well once they arrived did they destroy one of the constructicons to make parts for megatron and revive Blackout as Grindor? To make it 6 objects headed fast towards the surface??

i believe on the decepticon ship, they were cloning lots of robots and constructicons were some of them...grindor/blackout and bonecrusher were cloned also from the looks of it...

no they didnt, they only revived megatron and killing rampage i think, but the doctor is the other 6th object i think.

doctor was inside a different decepticon on the way down to the ocean floor so the radar didnt detect it

I'm sure I'm going to take heat for it, but I never understood how a shard of the Allspark could be used to resurrect Megs, yet they needed to find the Matrix to resurrect Prime. Was there an actual reason for this, or was Prime simply 'extra' dead?

My thoughts exactly. Even though I bet he's still "Blackout" because they certainly did have the name "Grindor" in the script according to Orci.

Scalpel/Doctor's the size of a small fish, though. That's not going to show up on radar in the same respect as the others did. It stands to reason that he just got back inside Ravage.

The one sacrificed was the yellow Volvo excavator.
Not every part was taken from the sacrificed robot so the remains of the sacrifice must've been taken to the surface also bec. nothing should go to waste.

I thought for sure there was another Mixmaster that was taken out towards the end Sam's run to Prime. Anyone else see that?

My big question is that with all the amazing technology the Decepticons possess in the movie...how the hell have they not managed to take over the world? All the Autobots have since the 1st movie are the freakin' Twins. Soundwave leading an army of barfing Ravages and Pretenders could take out multiple governments and kick the Autobots off earth.

Decepticons find no benefit in taking over the earth and they just want the sun harvester to destroy the earth.

My impression was they just wanted it to harvest the energy from the sun? Sure, The Fallen was going to enjoy the fact that it destroyed our planet, but that's just because of his tiff with the other Primes. I doubt the other Deceps really care about destroying Earth one way or the other.

Maybe the sacrificed robot was still alive after his parts were given to Megatron and he was left in the ocean to die.

Right, but why wait around for Sam to find a sliver of the Allpsark. Take over the world and use government resources to find the machine. Sector 7 can't be the only government agency in the entire world to have discovered the symbols. All the symbols said the same thing which could have easily googled once traslated to find the location.

Plus the Fallen had to kinda know that the machine was somewhere in Africa, right?

Also, if I remember correctly the harvester destroys the sun to produce energon. Humans would die but TFs would live on.

The Fallen knew where the sun harvester was but for some reason, he did not know where the matrix was and never was able to find it even after thousands of years. The Fallen appears to be just a lazy person.

From what I gathered, there were only 2 allspark shards - 1 that ravage stole, used to resurrect megs, and one that Sam had, to wake up Jetfire.

Lets assume Sam didnt know that the shard could revive dead TFs, thought Jetfire was just sleeping there and he could just wake him up with a "hey look, I have an allspark shard", so that he could tell him where the real thing to revive dead TFs is.

They shoulda had a scene when Jetfire woke up like "I coulda just done this with Prime, sonofa!"

That, or Prime was really dead, and Megs was just in stasis lock. Allspark wakes up and heals stasis lock folks, Matrix revives dead mofos.

Or, it was just a script oversight/omission that most people wouldn't catch and didn't matter so long as it was a vessel to get more robots in there and chase shit all over the world. :)

This is the stuff that bothered me in the movie, even the first watching, along with the Constructicon clones. Just sloppy execution of what was intended I think.

Here are my theories about The Constructicons/Devastator, Bonecrusher, and Demolishor:

    1. The extra Long Haul, Mixmaster, and Rampage that combined to form Devastator were probably drones molded in the images of the 3 Constructicons. The drones would provide auxiliary support and replacement in the event Long Haul, Mixmaster, and Rampage were either incapacitated or unavailable for any reason to combine with the other Constructicons to form Devastator.

    2. We never saw Bonecrusher being dumped into the bottom of the ocean in the first movie. It's likely that he somehow survived being decapitated by Optimus Prime and was repaired (see bio for Jungle Bonecrusher).

    3. Demolishor probably survived being shot in the head by Optimus Prime in Shanghai and was recovered, rebuilt, and refitted into Scavenger by his fellow Constructicons so he could serve as the torso for Devastator.
