And that would be.. that Latta wouldnt sound 'evil enough'???  Chris' Starscream on a 'nice' day dripped evil IMO.

I think he would have used Latta. But Im not sure Latta would have given /that/ ... 'Starscream' the G1 voice. I can picture Latta given it more of a D'Compose voice (Im sure most should know he voiced D'Compose from Inhumanoids. Wicked voice too). That would fit pretty good actually.

And yea, Ive not heard Dr Smooth as SS. Any clips? Actually Ive not heard Kennys rendition of SS for that matter.. uhm... any clips of that around?

Probably not, like they have said. I actually prefer Adler's anyway, though I kept hearing his voice as G1 Crosshair when he was cast. Always thought he was fitting for the role of Screamer.

If Latta was still around, he'd more than likely voice Screamer in the video game like Welker did with Megatron.

I liked the comment too about the dead coming back. I think D'Compose's voice would sound kind of neat for Bays Starscream the more I think about it. But thats just my opinion.
