any ideas? could be Blackout/Grindor, or maybe the little guy that got shredded survived and swam up as best he could? and dont just say "poor writing/directing" cause im wondering what other possibilities there are.
IMHO the 6 signals they pick up are. Longhaul,Mixmaster,Rampage,Blackout,Megatron and Bonecrusher. since they are so massive they would put out signals being the size of pretty much a submarine. The doctor climbed backinto ravage and ravage is so small that he didnt put off a signal or he is clinging onto one of the others. If you think along those lines it eliminates plot holes like Grindor and then bonecrusher showing up in the desert
sorry-coming up from reviving Megatron, they said 6 sDecepticons were surfacing-3 Constructicons, Ravage, Megatron and... well, noones sure. could be the Doctor too, now that i think about it... though he may be too small to register...
There were five going down, right? So since they killed that one dude (Hightower?) and had three extras come back up... Long Haul Rampage Mixmaster Ravage Megatron Grindor Bonecrusher Scalpel Bonecrusher might not have actually come back up, the one in Egypt could have been a look-alike, and the Doctor might have been too small to register.
I just realized that anybody who knows nothing about the toys will refer to the helicopter con as Blackout. He's referred to as Blackout in the first movie. He comes back in the 2nd movie with no name, not even Grindor Thus he is Blackout
Yeah, I'm with darthrage, I'd rather call the Blackout lookalike "Blackout" than Grindor. Or maybe to differentiate the two, I could call ROTF Blackout lookalike "Grindout". Sounds cooler than Grindor.
