In this movie, Optimus Prime was the courageous hero that could lead an small force of rag-tag explorers, scientists and archeologists (former Autobot occupations) and turn them into a strong, elite fighting force. This was the brave Optimus Prime who has had enough of the Decepticons trying to bully everyone in the galaxy around. He's fed up with Decepticon bullshit and doesn't have any sympathy left for them. 2 Thumbs up to Optimus Prime and his new look of badassery. "I'll take you all on!" - And then he does it. Anyone who says he's gone too far to the villain side is a pussy. Go worship Hello Kitty if you can't handle the Prime.
I think it's great to finally see an Optimus with a harder edge to him. He was fantastic in this movie. I loved watching him kill Decepticons and beat the shit out of them. Felt alot more like a real leader in a real war with him actually killing these evil Decepticons.
He was definately the best part of the film, for me at least...and I am more of a Decepticon guy myself.
Yup, Prime was definitely amazing in this movie... and I wept tears of joy when he was brought back to life too.
Yeah, every scene Optimus was in was amazing! The Shanghai fight, the forest battle and the final showdown in Egypt. My fave was the forest battle - "I've take you all on!"
ROTF "Shit-Kicker Supreme" Prime was amazing. We need a Ulta class figure of him, with Starscreams arm, Demolishers head, Grindors ripped aprt face, The Fallen face and spark. Have Prime with some Battle-damage, sound effects and Light up Swords.
Yep, this WAS Optimus Prime. I was so disappointed in the first movie that he could barely hold his own against Megatron.
I loved where he says, "Ill take on all of you" or something to that effect. He did pretty well going 1 on 3. I loved how he just gets annoyed with Megs in the final battle and blows him through the wall.
