**Possible spoilers if you have yet to see Revenge of the Fallen.**
Okay I've been thinking this for a while now, and I've got to ask.
Between Bayformers and ROFL I couldn't help but notice how bad of a medic Ratchet is.
I mean, he can't fix a voice box, he can't weld Jazz back together, he can't fix Optimus.
He couldn't even run up to Optimus and and give a dianosis! Even if he said 'Their's nothing I can do; he's gone.' I'd be happy with that at this point. He doesn't even try to act like a medic.
I can fix my old Nintendo, that already makes me a better technician than Ratchet.
And then again the Decepticon Doctor can revive Megatron, and operate on Sam for crying outloud!
I mean when is Ratchet going to demonstrate some basic competency?
I'm sure glad Sam's around so he can kill Megatron and revive the dead, because Ratchet sure as hell won't do anything useful. Haha!

But in all seriousness, the one thing he could have done may have surprised even him as Jetfire did speak the prime's language. Other than that, the only other scene he could have really been portrayed is blocked by that damn politician. BB I think just plays up the voice box, I bet he could talk if he wanted to. Though maybe he's chosen a vow of silence after all he's witnessed with Sam. I'd be kinda disturbed and focus on music then too if two teens were doing god knows what on my hood or inside me. | |
