Since Transformer and humans are different species, they probably cannot have hybrid children unless genetic engineering is used to combine the genes of the 2 species.

Dont forget Megatron and Starscream's breath fogs up on the Nemesis.

That doesnt technically mean they're bio-mechanical, but it does mean they breathe. Or thats just air being pushed by vocal processors for speech..

I think the various fluids the transformers have are just a variation of the same fluids we use to keep our machines running such as coolant hydraulic fluid, various lubricants and what not.

Just lubricants, hydraulic fluids, fuel, etc. Not actually biological fluids.

NOT TRULY technorganics, but they seem to function similarly to organics.

Like, working perfect human organism replicas in metal and energon.

In the beginning of ROTF, Optimus talks about the similarities between their species and the human species.
In the speech to Sam, Optimus mentions that a whole generation of his species has been ruined by the lack of energon and many died so it does seem like there is some type of sexual reproduction that went on in Cybertron.

I don't think they are actually living. ILM and Bay just make use of several fluids found in machines that can help add to making the 'bots more human like. Similar to the original cartoon. YouTube - Transformers Episode 1

Machines are FULL of fluids. Hydraulic, oils, fuels, lubes, etc.

Uh, generation does not have to imply sexual reproduction. If a bacterium divides itself, the resulting daughter cells could be considered the next generation. A generation for Transformers could easily just be '[x] group of Transformers that came online/were created/etc. during a certain period of time'. Sexual reproduction need not have anything to do with it.

Based on the dialogue in TF1 and TF2, the Cybertronians seemed to be needing the AllSpark mainly for its energon rather than for its creation powers. Maybe they no longer relied on the AllSpark to create robots and were mainly relying on sexual reproduction. When talking about the AllSpark, they emphasized the energy needed to keep Cybertronians alive and they don't mention that nobody is being born anymore.

Not needing the Allspark to reproduce (there were several indications that they don't need it for more than energy anymore) does not automatically indicate sexual reproduction either. There are plenty of ways they could reproduce without sexual reproduction involved. Not saying that it couldn't be intended, just that none of those ideas automatically point to sexual reproduction.
