I've seen it many times after that and consider it to be a good movie.
The theme song by Lion is one of the best things with it!!! TF1 was good but after seeing ROTF I ask myself, can i go back to TF1? Was TF1 enough? The answer is no, ROTF is a killer ride.
My ranking is: 1st Place: ROTF, reason bots, bots, bots! 2nd Place: 1986 Movie without DARE and The Touch (i just don't like 'em), reason, G1 Baby!
3rd Place: TF1, reason, was just the tip of a possible iceberg. TF3 Wishlist:
Jazz or Ricochet as a Jazz derivate, Brawn, Wheeljack, Dinobots, Cliffjumper, Roller, Prowl.
OP pulling a trailer if only for a minute. |

The 2007 edition is next, showing the brand can exist and succeed in a different market. 2009 keeps the ball rolling.

Now if I were listing my favorites, it'd ROTF, 2007, TFTM. But for greatest, I'd have to reverse that order. TFTM for the reasons stated above, 2007 since they showed it was possible to do this movie and make the general public interested in it. ROTF last, just because it doesn't really add anything new to the line or mythos like the other 2 did. My Feedback |

Transformers (2007)- Good story, good action, good reboot to the big screen.
Trasformers the Movie (1986)- I didn't like this movie at all. I watched the series, and when I finished the movie, I was like "The hell was that?". Not as good as the series.
Chuck Norris drives Optimus Prime to work.
Looking for anything RiD or Car Robots. Specifically, Fire Convoy, Megatron, and the Autobot Brothers.

2. TF2007 (was a pioneer in making Transformers looking good in a live action movie)
3. TF1986 (the movie was awesome until the coronation/death of Starscream, the rest was not amusing me after Hot Rod plays the new hero and most of the tunes i didn't like.
No matter as a Cybertronian vehicle, Martini Porsche or a new Pontiac, I will always win the race ;) Blurr...eat my dust!
