Um check it little guy, you're calling people nerdy, yet you've posted someting negative about the movie in nearly every thread in this damn movie forum. Hell you've started a thread to, in a totally futile effort, discourage people from seeing the movie.

Hell I'm glad to be a nerd. But if I'm a nerd, and you're the one with like, IDK 30-50 posts in the last day or so, posting on a Transformers forum, whining about how bad a movie was, WTF are you? Aren't there better things for you to complain about?

See, you took it as an attack towards you for some reason. It wasn't personal, but obviously you take a lot of things personally (like assuming every guy on this board wants to be your "sweety" because you are a girl  ). That's your problem. I was pointing out in generic terms that it seems - i.e., it is the truth - that a lot of the people that dislike the movie IN THIS FORUM are brutal on those that like it. I could care less, but it was funny and my original post pointed that out. yes, it is super nerd rage geek rage whatever. I am still confused how you took it personally, though. Further, no where in my post did I berate you. You came out of nowhere to take offense to my post.

Also, your reading comprehension is worse than your ability to not take things personally. All you have done is take a random thing I said (not about you) to heart and call me a hypocrite for stating what is shaping up to be a very true and concise point. I guess if you are going to respond to this, maybe you should go back and edit your earlier posts first to actually address my statement in an intelligent manner. Or, ya know, you could quit bitching to everyone who likes the movie and save yourself some time and trouble. Sweety.

So, I have a question to everyone that hates this movie on this board. What do you think about the things that are in this movie solely for your benefit?

There are things in this movie that are put in there for YOU specifically. I know, understand and to an extent agree with peoples' grievances with this movie, but it is positively bursting-at-the-seems with fan-service. Is this all completely invalid to you?

I will list a couple:

1. Cullen and Welker - They could've enlisted literally ANYONE. But, they got these two guys for us. Even in the commentary for the original movie, Bay uncharacteristically thanks the fans for being right about Cullen.

2. Matrix of Leadership - They could've called it anything. But, they call it the Matrix for people like us. For no other reason, in fact, it's actually to the detriment of the movie going audience that they called it that. One of my non-fan buddies saw it, and he actually thought it was a totally stupid name.

3. Jetfire is a seeker - Again, ask anybody that has seen it if they even heard this line. It's just in there for people like us.

This list goes on and on and on and on.

I'm just curious as to whether or not any of this stuff matters to the people that think this movie rapes their childhood.

 

Ok get real...sweety and sunshine are terms generally used between two people of some sort of affection. You dont know me, I don't want to know you and as often as you're are using these terms in the rest of you babble, you are being insulting and after this post you will regulated to noise and put on my ignore list...

Not really but it was perceived as such, big freakin whoop. Most bayfans always drag it personal from the moment the 'don't like' comes out so deal with it. And the very description of those that 'berate those that like it' was insulting to every person on this board that doesn't like the movie. Oh thats not what you meant? Perhaps you need to learn to proofread....

Ive had to deal with the 'fanboys' for over 10 years online with TFs... I need my head examined for still liking Tranformers at this point. So yea, its all personal cause most of the time I have found in my experience its meant that way even if the person claims it wasn't...so sue me...

And we pale compared to how the ones that do like the movie shred the ones that don't.... check out the official movie board for proof of that. Though sadly most of it may be gone now but don't assume attitudes just by this board...
