I promise this will be my last thread today.
-This is actually something I am curious about. Megatron has three loyal hounds that do what he says;
1st. Soundwave
2nd. Blackout
3rd. Starscream
-So I suppose Grindor is now filling Blackouts shoes? And if this is not the case, then I wonder if it's just Soundwave and Starscream as Megs assistants.
What do you think?

Under Starscream, I'd say Soundwave is a definite Second in Command.  |

The true number 2 has always been Soundwave, who works quietly, secretly behind the scenes safeguarding Megatron himself as well as his directives.
Starscream is overconfident in his abilities, yet lacks the critical mind. He's never questioned his command, never dug deep enough to realize he's only second in name only.
Blackout was well aware of what he was, I believe, and never really had the ambition to move higher.

I want to see Soundwave rise up to be that in TF3 and take down SS and his Seeker buddies  | |

I think he gave Starscream the title of second in command just to give him the feeling that he has power and is important and again to keep his "enemies" close. And Blackout is third in command, but with him being killed I think he might have been replaced by Grindor. | |
