The fallen can teleport -not that
Can transform - they all do that
Pretender - **** does that
Combine - Dev & Twins & Optimal Fire (Prime & Jetfire)

Looking at previous lines that they are taking ideas from really leaves

I don't think ravage is the pretender. I think another con is gonna serve that purpose. Plus, Orci and kutzman seem to be ravage fans and I don't think they would change him that much from his G1 counterpart.

But I do have a small theory on what ravage does in the movie.

I think someone stated that the allspark fragment from the first movie was being held in a government facility on some island somewhere, according to the comic, or the prequel or something. Atleast, I think someone mentioned this.

Anywayz, maybe ravage is sent there to retrieve the fragment. In the trailer, he's seen coming out of the water and walking on the beach. And in a picture on yahoo, he's seen jumping over a barbed fence. So perhaps he is sent by soundwave to raid the base? I think that would be a pretty cool scene.

Thats my theory, i could very well be wrong tho. Sorry for the long post.

I've seen Ravage been described as a 'bio-weapon'. Not sure if I'm supposed to take this as meaning he'll use poison gas or harmful germs to fight. Perhaps after battling organics, the Decepticons find out about human vulnerability to such substances and decide to exploit this weakness.

there has to be more than one. i would assume. we know NEST has a fragment held up in that glowy tube shown at the end of Alliance.
i would agree that Ravage is a hunting dog in essence. but i wouldnt doubt hes also a gun of sorts because they did say that some formers would be weapons.

Looks like my theory was kind of close? I think he's gonna Raid the instalation where the large allspark fragment is kept. Ravage is
probably gonna be the equivalent of scorpinok in TF 1 where he'll probably just fight humans.
