The only reason why they haven't got Sunstreaker in TF2 is - I believe - down to Hasbro's personal choice. In the last movie, they chose the people they wanted in there, i.e Jazz, Prime, Ratchet, BB & Ironhide, so most likely it's the same or it might not be.
Do you guys agree or could it be another reason why we haven't seen Sunstreaker yet? |

Examples:
Sideswipe. Not a Twin
Skids and Mudflap. Skids appeared twice in G1. Mudflap? Never.
Jolt. Who's Jolt?
Jetfire. Based on G1 Skyfire by the sounds of it.
Constructicons/Devastator. Yes, they're based on the G1 team, except for the names of the individual Constructicons.
They were choosen by the Writers anyway, and the names were used due to them been familiar with more recent and memorized robots.
