I suppose the red "lights" to either side could be the eyes, with the prominent design being the forehead... | like i said, the prequel comic was stated to reveal who the fallen is, and on the cover, has a set of eyes appearing out of the flash of light behind wreckage. you can see this on page 1, where i posted the comic cover.
the design from the packaging is clearly the same set of eyes. so these eyes are the centrepiece of the comic which reveals who the fallen is, and also the cenrepiece of the packaging for the movie toys. i think that's pretty conclusive evidence.

It's like that time Metal Gear Solid 2 was coming out and the ninja was shown in the trailer and you briefly saw a face behind the mask. You know what it is but none of what it means.
