The second clip shows 3 or 4 police cars that I find suspicious !! They all look like the Malibu police cars previously shown in the Steel Factory-China town filming !!
If this were Las Vegas ......,or Long Beach passing as Las Vegas ...... ,or This city BEEN Las Vegas OR Long Beach FOR real : this would be the actual police cars for this cities:
Long Beach police car 
Las Vegas police car

Also notice in one of the shots Iron hide is cruising with them and then when the camera pans back he is gone and its just prime waiting for the other guys to come back.
Maybe Ironhide transformed ?
