Assuming this info is true... that really sucks to be him. Although, in reality, it's just a pinky. He could have died. I'd trade a finger for my life any day.

Sorry guys, I assumed when I said "no one deserves this", it was kind of obvious that I meant normally decent people - not Hitler, child molestors, rapists, etc.

1. It's frickin' Star Magazine, people! This story's validity is highly dubious! Star Magazine is somewhere between The Enquirer and The Weekly World News. I wouldn't be surprised if there's a follow-up story on how the amputated finger will be used to clone a second Shia for use as a stunt-double and who can drink and smoke and loiter in Walgreen's instead of the original.
