i've seen a lot of debate as to who or what the fallen is peppered amongst numerous threads, and having not found one already i figured making a dedicated one would help clear some clutter
i think the fallen refers to the decepticons as a whole faction, because with the loss of the allspark and their leader they are left at a disadvantage, and have as such fallen from superiority, and would be out for revenge

The quote from Transformers.com leads me to believe the movie will revolve around the comeback of Megatron (probably near the end of it anyway). Which would be good since they hired the voice talent that they did and they are going to need a bot who can go toe to toe with Prime.
If any other dead 'cons will be back I'm not sure. Not like they really contributed much the first time and most of the dead were just characters made for all that human/Autobot proganda that was the first film  | |
