The way I saw it, all the scenes during the final battle were happening at the same time. Megs killing Jazz, Ratchet and Ironhide taking on Brawlestator, and Prime arriving on scene, all happened at the same time. They just had to show them at different times due to the fact we can't be in 3 places at once.

What if the Dinobots were introduced into the movies by having their five protoforms crash land into the Dinosaur Exhibit of a museum. Transforming from the impact, the five Dinobots scan the first things they see, strange skeletal remains of "alien" creatures long extinct...

Follow along with that, what if the fan-favorite Decepticon, Bludgeon, was introduced as well by crashing into the "War Room" of the very same museum that the five Dinobots had landed in. Transforming from the impact, he scans what he finds "left on display" after his impact into the exhibit, a full-body suit of Japanese Samurai Armor, and an M1 Abrams tank.

Just curious as to what's open for possibility.

Allright, here's my bit: Do you already have names for the vehicles you're using during the shooting? Say, the infamous ice cream truck. If you want it to be taken from Point A to Point B, do you just call out, "Bring the ice cream truck over here!" or does it have its own Autobot or Decepticon name that you call it by? Or even a codename?

It seems like I remember reading an interview in which Orci said you are just supposed to assume it's all taking place at the same time. meaning that while in movie time it seems like Megatron was just standing there for 5 minutes it's all supposed to be in a matter of seconds in real time. Was confusing to me as well

1 - maybe they coulda felt the need to transform into dinosaur robots to defend themselves against other dinosaurs or sumthing. Just a thought!

2 - any more car chases? and longer too! cuz I remember Bay mentionning his car chases in the TF movie were gonna be more memorable than that one in Bad BOys 2 and although it was in terms of visual effects considering it contained transforming robots, the chase part seemed very short. Any car chase involving vehicles transforming to robots then merging back to vehicle in a matter of sseconds to avoid cars and shit like that?

More than one person has asked here if we'll find out about Barricade's fate in the second movie, but that's been covered in the Reign of Starscream comics (which I'd imagine are intended to be canonical).

Though Arcee is the major Autobot in those comics, and it doesn't show her going to Earth...

Orci himself has stated that they are not basing the movie off the comic continuation, thogh they might draw from it. This goes for the prequel comic, as well as Reign of Starscream. Not trying to be a butt, because I thought the same thing you did. I thought it was all a part of the whole movie as a whole, but it's not. They might give and take things from each other, but they are not relyant on each other...unless I'm totally out of the loop and have no idea what I'm talking about with reguards to the comics.
