Hey Roberto, I went to see Dark Knight again and caught the trailer for your new movie, Eagle Eye. Thought you'd like to know that the trailer was headache-inducing with it's machine gun jumpcut editing. Yeah, I hated the trailer.

Of course, it wasn't helped that Christopher Nolan also favours jumpcut editing.

1. Transformers was never rated R. Disturbia, Shia LaBeouf's other film was rated R before it was argued down to PG-13. Somehow people confused that with Transformers and it turned into an urban legend.

4. Soundwave and Blaster only ever had one fight scene in the American G1 cartoon (Auto-Bop), and it was really dorky. They just stood around trying to push each other over with the power of their speakers. The Japanese Headmasters fight scene is hardly famous given not too many fans are even aware of it.

The Headmasters one isn't exactly spectacular either since they stood still shooting at each other, then knocked each other a bit until Soundwave blew up and Blaster turned grey.

Hey Roberto, will we get to see a Decepticon transform with a human inside them? There doesn't have to be buckets of blood, just a reaction shot of the unfortunate fleshbag with some sharp metal bits encroaching on them. Seems like outside of comics, the movies would be the only place to see something like that.

I think that would be really cheesy, and I doubt Hasbro or the studio would go for it. I never understand fan obsession with seeing humans die in Transformers.

So they can get peed on, but not killed by horrible alien death machines?

One quick question. A big common complaint from a lot of transfans I have heard is Bays use of shakey cam really making it hard to concentrate on the happenings in the big action scenes. Do you know if he addressing this and using less this go around. Or is he still no holds bard on the chaotic shakeyness of the scenes?

Are the burns we've seen Shia sporting on set extended to compensate for his hand injury or were they introduced to cover the hand injury?

Iv'e been away celebrating my birthday the last few days but as a late birthday wish could you give some insight on these questions?


1) Will there be any transformers who end up being traitors? i.e. autobots working for the decepticons or decepticons working for autobots

2) or even a transformer who gives a military corp/axis of evil head technology in exchange for human help like easy access to earth energy supplies?

I know you can't really be specific but at least for 2) I think this could be a cool/realistic plan for the con's

also I liked the humour in the first moive, I'm as big a transformer fan as anyone but it's also a summer blockbuster and you need a few laughs & one liners! WHY SO SERIOUS

Mr. Orci, I one question for you.

1) Are there going to be more new Transformers than just the Beat, Trax, and the Corvette Concept?
