I thought all fangirls loved the movie and only some fanboys hated it, and EVERY fangirl LOVES Bumblebee! Guess I was wrong.

Look sweetie, it's been over a year since the first movie was launched in theatres. Why not watch your G1 DVD's and don't bother wasting your time posting pointless bullcrap about the movie> Most of us "logical and rational" fans have gotten over the movie and have enjoyed. Sure it has problems, but the sequel is bound to rock even harder than the prequel.

Hi there sweetie ^_^ I personally don't know any fangirls that liked the movie. I actually don't know many people in general that did. I am not making that up. At least where I live the movie was a flop. But your comment about fangirls makes me wonder something. Starscream has the most female fans. Some are level headed and others, well, we all have seen them. But the point is he has the most female fans. So where are his fangirls for this movie? You coudn't have been referring to that munkyfaced freak having actual fans and girls at that could you?

And this is actually the first time since some point last year that I have posted on a TF board. Its actually the first time in as long that Ive mentioned my hatred for that slop of a movie (*IMO). IF you read my last post you would have seen that I didn't come here specifically for this reason earlier. I am over the movie -- I pushed it as far out of my mind as I could to forget the miserable viewing I had of it. (bootleg, I mean come on...there is no way Id give any money toward it LOL). I watch my G1 DVDs every now and then and thats it now.

But hey, heres hoping the true worth of this 'robot movie franchise' shows its true colors in the sequel for better or for worse.  

 

Oh by the way, I forgot to mention; I thought the Bumblebee in that flick was uuuuuggggllllyyyy... that thing gave me the creeps it looked so freaky. There was nothing cute about that alien...I was hoping he'd have gotten his face blown off at least -- I mean anything over what it had would have been an improvement....*shudder* gah...that thing looked gross.

This thread is open for the sole purpose of asking Mr. Roberto Orci questions, not for you to come in to vent your year-old "opinions". Why not just stay out of it? Why come in and note the 15 pages and all the people who posted in here?

 

People would be a whole lot more tolerant of your distaste for the movie if you didn't persistently repeat the same comments over and over again. We get that you don't like the movie. No one here really cares, nor do anyone in the production of the film. $700+ million dollars worth of everyone else enjoyed it. So shut the hell up and stop spamming this thread.

And I did ask Orci a question in my post.   I don't know him personally BUT I know him from previous brief board posts -- my question to him was a slap, he's in the biz, hes got a tough hide and he knows my feelings and he knows I'm honest about them. He will appreciate that and if he choses will reply, simple as that. As harsh as I was in my initial post, as just a person, I like Roberto but no, not for what he does for a living and for what hes done to this 'franchise'. Again, he knows that....

I have another question for Orci. He may or may not be able to answer it. I have not kept up with the second flick at all but one thing I did hear was sounders was going to be in and they were going to make him look like G1? Or try to? What I want to know is...if everyone was hell bent on making Prime look something G1 and they are perhaps doing this for Soundwave, WHY wasn't the same nod to the fans given for Starscream and Megatron? As I have told you before, Roberto, Starscream is always in the top 3 for favorite TFs...as is Megatron. Why does hollywood and bay think the only one that matters is Prime -- and now Soundwave? Well?

  Funny you should mention that. I am considering firing up a myspace page for myself and to help promote the band or at least my aspect of it for now. I may have finally been locked into a band but this bass player is always ready for some solo project..

I am not sure its a fair rep of my character, I truly am not looking for attention, I know no one cares (but bayfans are fun to wind up...come on you all know you are), though when it comes to that movie and the fandom..yea it is...bring it....  

It would be nice to do but I don't have the money nor the ambition now thanks to how bayformers killed most of my love of TFs.. *shrug* but if I did have the money? What answer would you like?  

LOL what 'shit' have I written /about/ him? Good grief, the script for the first movie was not written well. Don't tell me you didn't see it....are you saying it was all Kurtzman's fault? Saying that only because hes not on here and Orci is?   No, there were two on that script, which was a Rogers rehash I /think/ so there are actually 3 people to blame for the juvenile and horribly written first movie. Orci is one of them, fact...get over it. Which would you think he'd rather hear; false praise just to look like a suck up or honest opinion? Which do you think he appreciates more?

I said specifically TO HIM that his writing sucked...I wasn't talking /about/ him, I was talking TO HIM. All of you need to stop stepping in for him and speaking FOR him.

And as for me putting up or shutting up? Well, several answers come to mind on that one, none of which would be taken as they would be honestly meant so I won't entertain that one.

 

Give it a rest, figure out how to say your opinions constructively or don't say them at all. Right now you sound like a whiny fangirl who puts far too much importance in this HOBBY.

Let's get one thing straight, Bay, Orci and friends did RIGHT by the Transformers movie, it's a frickin' cartoon franchise. All you whiny fanboys want it to be made into a sci-fi Saving Private Ryan, that's NOT what it is, and hopefully, it'll NEVER be that.
