The Mars teaser was what got me all excited, but that would get any kid my age excited.
I dont care what's in the teaser as long as we get one

What franchise has the more lunatic fans, Transformers or Star Trek?

If it's us we can take it, in fact some of us would probably look at it as a point of pride.

I don't know yet because I've had to chance to interact with Transformers fans AFTER they saw the movie, which is not something I've gone through with Trek fans. I'll get back to you before TF2 comes out on this question. But for now, it's too close to call!

Hey Bob! Does Jolt have electro-whips? (Yes, I'm purposely assuming Jolt is in the movie.)

Just be careful of the ones that dress like Klingons.

When he says 'Jolt', he means the Chevy Volt

Since everybody has been throwing out bot number, roughly how many can we expect, closer to 50 or closer to 20

Bob - I'd suggest you take a look at the movie comics.

Chris Mowry's been doing a great job at them so far, and I expect he's lined up the prequel comics for movie 2 with what you guys have written.

The way he's been doing Starscream is nothing short of fantastic - it's a NEW take on the character that's totally awesome. I imagine, naturally, that said take is only an extension of what you've done, of course, but still.

Bob, just one simple-easy-yes or no-question... will any of our favourite robots from the first movie die in this one?

Closer to 50. We've had a producer, director, and star tell us ~40, and by my math that's closer to 50 than it is to 20
