In an early version of the TF1 script, the fight between Mikaela and Trent happened because Trent was drunk at the party and Mikaela asked him for the keys but he insisted in drunk driving. In my humble opinion, this seems like a more legitimate reason for Mikaela to dump him, instead of the one used in the movie (Can I drive your fancy car? No. Ok, then I'm dumping you). This, in my opinion, made her look pretty shallow, instead of someone with good sense. Why was this changed in the final version? | Standards and practices didn't want drinking implied in the movie. |

I had to delete what I initially typed because it occurred to me that it was probably the underage drinking that they didn't want shown. Obviously, they didn't have any trouble with Sam's mom and her dinner wine.
I do agree with AngusDF's opinion, though | |

Will it be touched on in TF2 as to why the US government let the 4 surviving Autobots stay around, and don't round them up or order them to get off planet?
I presume they decided to let them stay just in case any Decepticons returned to Earth to stir up more trouble?
Or do the government not know there is any surviving robots? | |

I hadnt noticed that he loved attention  . He only professed to be a TF fan in the DVD commentary after only studying TF mythology for a few months. Oh, and he states its his decision, his movie, his creations, his fans, his dog got to be in all his movies, if his underwear doesnt explode on impact with the hamper he demands a re-shoot..........
