When did the first teaser trailer for TF come out? Was it the summer before or the fall? I vaguely remember the Mars teaser coming out in the summer.
I wonder if we will be getting a teaser for the sequel in the next coming months. Any thoughts?

Yeah it was summer. Looked a little bit at some older threads and the teaser came out around the end of June/ beginning of July. Would be cool if a new teaser came around the same time this summer. Maybe for a teaser they could always do a scene like the writers talked about always doing in the first, with Megatron sinking in the ocean and his eyes light up or something.  | |

And I don't know if we will get a teaser so soon, they have just begun filming, we don't even know for sure if the movie will be released in 2009 or 2010. There's a lot of post-production that needs to be done, so for quality sake, I hope it gets pushed back to 2010. | |

I saw the first trailer I think it was the end of June or beginning of July 2006.
I think they may do it again. And this time intensify the anticipation.
I think it should go like this:
The trailer should show three F-22's flying next to each other in tight formation. By the looks of the scenematography it looks like an Airfoce recruit ad. Flash to some guys looking at a series of computer screens tracking some blips on the radar. All three planes begin making irratic manuvers then head straight towards the ground, looking almost out of control. The radar personnel begin to panic and scramble. It looks as though they are going to crash. Before the planes reach the ground. The screen goes black. Then the transformation sound effect.
Charlie Adler's voice:
"My reign is now"
Hell I'm no screenwriter. But I would love to see that as a trailer.  | |
