Found this over at deviant art, never seen it before (though knowing my luck there's 5 threads about it already on here)

the artist's name is joshnizzi, and his website states "I am currently working as an Illustrator onTransformers 2". Feel free to contact me about freelance or contract opportunities.

It's fan made. In fact, if my memory is correct, it was a fellow board member here that made it, though I can't remember who at the moment. I also remember a 3D version of it being made at some point.

His name's Josh Nizzi, but the date on the artwork is fairly recent. I don't remember seeing it before, and due to the last "spoils" for TFTM2, I think they mentioned he's in it.

there's a comment on the deviant art page from Dec 7th, 2007, so the illustrations not too new. but like I said, the dude's site said "working on TFTM2" and I read last week - constructicons are in TFTM2

From the description of the link below, it sounds like that Long Haul piece was around before he was hired for TF2. I does look rather like he was indeed brought on as an illustrator, as his LinkedIn profile also states that he is working on that.

he is working on TF2 and while that is his concept to the best of my knowledge, it was made long before he was hired on
