The only thing I would take out of the whole transformers movie, is the masterbation "joke".Other than that I am satisfied with all. Taking the hackers out I wouldnt do that at all. I also whold like to contact Welker and ask him to do all of the megatron lines the replace them. But for some reason I really like the Hackers.

 

Getting the scenes out of the movie actually makes it a lot better just in terms of timing and the flow of the story. And like I said earlier, we're not just taking that stuff out. We're taking out all of the more absurd story points and moving some scenes around and changing actually plot elements.

As for Frenzy, yes, the way we currently have it cut he just sort-of leaves and doesn't come back. You know, like Scorponok and Barricade did in the original edit.

 

I'm with you guys. I liked Linkin Park in the movie. 

 

some one should do a fan edit of it, and take out all the autobot and decepticon scenes, and rename the movie "sam's happy time"  

sounds like a good idea, but, i for one, like the movie, just how it is.

 

Is there any way to extract the models from the TF game and try to use them? I know they're low quality, but maybe with some good editting.....

Nope, the problem is we can hear all too well.

 

I wont get in to arguments about flow and timing because thats incredibly subjective, obviously if you hate these characters any time they come on screen its gonna break the flow of the movie for YOU but hey its your edit.

As far as the missing decepticons, explinations for where these characters go would be awesome. I think most everybody knows that at some point Barricade was supposed to be shot by Prime. This is shown in the comic and the novel. What if right after bonecrushers death you guys dubbed in the sound of oncoming sirens. You could then later cut in a shot of starscream flying over the city and have him say something like "Megatron, Bonecrusher and Barricade are offline" or "i've lost contact". If there was a away to work that in right before Megatron yells attack it would acctually add some character to him, pissed off his troops are down and all.

You could do the same thing with scorponok. Dub in some scenes of blackout flying (isn't there like 4 or 5?) during the roll call scene and have him say something like "Scorponok damaged but retrieved, I'm on my way.

This is all assuming you guys can copy or add captions.

Those type of changes would make a fan edit worth watching.


Oh and i'm with the linkin park rules group but please replace every other song in the movie. they sucked
