Voice Actor Questions

You know people have to get a grip here and RELAX and just answer the question

I never said it was based 100% off of G1 ALL I SAID WAS:

Some voice actors from G1 were used and I just asked WHY none of the other actors were used to pay an OMAGE to G1 not have them be G1 and people get upset with me by asking this then they are

Because not everyone was available. Maybe they never considered it or thought that the originals didn't fit the characters. I don't get what you're asking? Most of the original VAs are dead, and most of the 'cons never got speaking roles anyway. The fact is, they weren't used, for whatever reason. I liked the voices and couldn't think of anyone else I'd rather have doing them.

There are realistically a couple of reasons for this. They either didn't audition (probably the case for a lot of G1 voice actors who are still alive and still working) or they're voices wouldn't fit the character (this was the case for Welker and Megatron's voice). People didn't get upset at your question, they got upset because of you getting defensive when they tried to tell you the truth of the matter. You're also calling people crazy for haveing opinions, and also knowing some facts about the film. In the end, the movie is done and over with, there is no going back to replacing a voice actor just because of a couple of fans don't like who they (the professionals) picked for the role.

OK that's one answer and the truth? Truth for what? Is it so wrong just to ask a question and have that person JUST answer it without saying "It sucks..." "I didn't like that they....." If I had asked that question I can see but I did not

I love it when people veer off course and never just answer the question..If someone asks you how old you are are you going to answer with an age or talk about something else?

That's what's crazy I didn't ask about why someone did/or didn't audition I just wanted to express what would be cool if they did (And I know some of the actors are dead) that's what I posted in the first place.

Okay, let me get this straight, you asked why they didn't get used, then you say that we're crazy for answering you because you weren't asking you were just saying. You say "Just answer the question" then say "it was never a question"?

No I asked why and for the characters that were NOT in the film that IF in the sequel's WOULD they be used..... Do I have to explain again?

How should we know? It seems here you want a straight yes/no answer, but we can't give you one. The best we can do is just share our input, which is what we did. I honestly don't know what you want, I can't understand half the stuff you say. (Not trying to pick on you, but I honestly can't)

So basicaly, this is a thread about the sequel.

No just a how come and maybe thread..A Little of both...And most fans know that Welker got shot down by Bay just curious to even see if even some of the other actors were included or will be included.

That's not what you said before.

Here you're asking if characters not in the first film would be used in the sequel with their original VAs.

Then it seems to me you're asking what other people who VAed in G1 were in the movie, which there were none past Cullen. Though Charlie Adler did do some other voices in G1 such as Silverbolt and Head/Target masters.
