The Barricade/Prowl Thread

I want Prowl to be a seperate character too. Most people just over emphasize the fact that Barricade's alt mode is a police car- and somehow that makes him a possible Prowl for a sequel....no thanks

the whole idea is stupid. if barricade is an autobot in disguise, then he's HORRIBLE at his damn job. helping frenzy relay air force one's information to the decepticons, trying to kill sam several times, just... no. its stupid.

the hints are there if they want to use them but sam doesnt get hurt or killed by barricade when he easily could have. His entire fight with bumble bee is offscreen so you dont know if he really put up a fight as it gets over so quickly and he probably had to keep up appearances in front of frenzy. He also dissappears in the scene with bonecrusher since frenzy isnt with him to report his deception leaving bonecrusher to fend for himself which makes more sense since he obviously should not of taken prime alone. Lastly it would be extremely helpful if the Autobots had a spy to know if the decepticons found the all spark first, Maybe this is to much plot but were the autobots following the decepticons to earth, both found it at the sametime, or did someone alert bumble bee who told the rest.

All this talk of Barricade vs. Prowl makes me wish there was a Deluxe Prowl toy to compliment the Deluxe Barricade. (*wink,wink*) If Prowl does show up in Transformers 2, I say we petition for Keith David to get the role. That way Barricade *will* be Prowl. Sort of...

I'm pretty sure Barricade didn't kill Sam because he was too valuable at the time. If he had killed him then they would be even more lost as to were the Allspark was. For sure Megatron would have punished him for his failure on that one.
