That was very interesting. You know he did kind of avoid the question about Barricade. I am beginning to wonder if he is Prowl after all. I remember a magazine had something about Prowl but instead it was about Barricade. I just saw the movie yesterday but he isn't the only one that I think got away. Starscream I'm sure got away too. He did destroy half that squadron of Raptors. Scorpinok got away as well. Can't wait for the sequel now.

Starscream definitely got away. He left earth during the credits.

Let's not get too picky

I understand it's easy to be picky when you breakdown the movie, but remember they were making this for a broad audience. My wife enjoyed the movie, but had a hard time keeping the characters straight. Colored autobots v.s. dark & creep Decepticons helped alot. I think the Barricade/Prowl suggestion is a bad idea too. Fun for a diehard TF fan, but too confusing for the average fan.

And why is everyone so broken up about Jazz? I know everyone holds these characters dear, but he's the only good guy that died. After BB & Prime you have to let go, somebody had to go down for the Autobots.

Step back and seperate yourself as a TF fan, the movie is a pretty good ride. The CG is awesome, everything we could want. As a TF fan you would of liked to see the bots get more screen time, but a heavy bot movie with little human involvement would not appeal to the masses, plus it leaves you wanting more.

I really enjoyed the movie- alot, I want to say that first.

I think the main problem I have with this Q and A is that the movie has some plot holes that people can be expected to fill in themselves, and some that seem pretty major. Either way, you would expect the writer to at least know what was supposed to happen, but he honestly sounds like he didn't really know and was using scapegoats. Nothing against the movie, just his reaction to most of these questions.

Heh, if I were the one taking the questions, I probably would have answered most
questions with "Wouldn't you like to know?"
Some people like to be enigmatic and not give straight answers. "It's an interesting
rumor" doesn't mean he doesn't know, just that he doesn't want to tell. Then again, if he
and Kurzman don't do the sequel, he could have a hard time answering some of the
questions. Or he could be under direct unders not to give too much away. I was kinda
surprised he gave as many answers as he did, like about Sam's parents: "By the end of
the movie, they know the truth."

I need a new sig. Could anyone make an Autobot out of a yellow 1980 Datsun station wagon or a black 1996 Nissan Kingcab pickup truck? PM me. Thx!

I'll have to agree with Akumaxv on this.

Most of these are just flat out BS responses in a pathetic attempt to cover the plotholes in their half assed script.
