No, not the G1 transforming sound, the other sound. It sounded like they had machinery running inside of them. I think it was really pronounced in a few scenes with Prime.

I thought it was a really nice touch to make them seem more "alive", yet you wouldn't even notice if it hadn't been there, but it being there was incredibly cool, I want to give props e to whoever's idea it was to do this - it really stuck with me for some reason, I would never even thought of doing that!

I really like the sound that (ironhide I think) made the slow-mo G1 sound, But the new transforming sound was AWSOME.

hmm.. I never really noticed any sounds, other then when they were transforming and moving around.

I did notice moving parts on their bodies that had nothing to do with their motions. Like bumblebees head flaps, optimus' rotating cylinder things on the side of his head.

    those were nice touches too

I like that they mixed the G1 sound in with the rest of the sounds when they transformed. Though it was a nice little nod.

Actually, I thought the G1 transforming sound was poorly done. It was just slapped on top, without anything there to actually make the sounds.

I think it was the Part where Prime was under the bridge where it was really prominent, it sounded like a motor or large pump of some kind was running inside of him.

During the big battle at the end you can tell they altered it to fit Ironhide's transformation.

Personally, when I heard it unaltered it made it that much more of a stronger nod to me and definitely made me smile

I liked Starscream's quick G1 sound while flying. Worked great.

No... see, I thought it was cool, it made him seem more alive that he had internal machenery, kind of like a heartbeat or something to that effect.

I need to watch it again and listen closely. In general I liked the sound when they transformed, It really sounded like metal shifting and sliding together. I'll be seeing it again so I will pay extra attention.

I liked the G1 sound for the most part but the slow mo made Ironhide sound like he had a problem transforming.

Kinda like Optimus at the end of the battle in this video

I liked the extra detail they put into the special effects. It made it seem very real. I think there could have been more of the classic transforming sound but you can't win em all.

I would have liked the 'classic' version heard more, but it was cool that they worked the sound into almost every transformation in some way. Sometimes it was very subtle, but I was glad it was there more that I thought it would be.

It was OK. At first, I really thought the G1 TF noise just sounded slapped on. But then, the movie ended up being a lot more comedic and cartoonish than I thought, so in a way in ended up fitting in better.

And yes, when Ironhide has that uber cool transformation near the end, it does sound like an extended remix.

Ironhide had the best scene transforming imo. The way they slowed the G1 sound was freakin rad. I kinda wished they made him red like G1 but other than that it was the best one.
