I think it wouldn't be downloading the characteristics of a "black" guy, but more like in the download internet process of Yahoo.com they would be influenced by Earthen culture and maybe their personalities pertaining to their "nature" begin surfacing as the movie progresses. The information they downloaded works into their system, the same way a person is influenced by the media (culture, music, etcetera) he comes in contact with.
The same way we get all scientific when we start expressing opinions about the topics of the message boards. WEEE!
I liked Jazz's old voice from G1, I kinda wanted to sing with him or dance, or do something stupid just because it would be fun too.
