Rather interesting to see how they portrayed his character now. Possibly, He'll survive the film even longer for Transformers 10. Reason I bring that up, Because of this.
I bet, or it would be cool for him to change the motto up like all the rust flew off of Optimus when he scanned the Western Star truck.
Actually that Transformers 10 hashtag is suppose to mean the 10th anniversary of the films since 2007.
My main question is if they have ever seen a UK police car? They could at least have deco'd him up like this Ford Mustang poised for police duty in UK - Autoblog
They've been using regular UK police cars during the filming (in the same deco you posted). They most likely left Barricade black/navy to differentiate from the rest of the police cars as he's seen in a chase with regular police cars.
I'd rather have cool looking American cop car Barricade than have him realistically looking like that lol
I'm legitimately beginning to wonder if Barricade changes his motto sometime in the movie. If so, I hope we see it happen, similar to rusty Optimus' rust chipping away while trans-scanning his new truck. If we don't see it, it'll just be a weird Easter egg meme-type thing
That's a very English phrase....is there scenes to be shot in the uk...if so I'd bet that's when megatron appears or has been hiding.
If he's supposed to be a UK cop, why does he have "EMERGENCY 911" and not "EMERGENCY 999"? boy i sure hope somebody gets fired for that blunder
Because he may not be a UK cop now. He might just be in the Uk for plot reasons, but his "home" is the US
Probably an oversight our American brethren didn't factor in unless he gets a yellow and blue sticker makeover in the uk scenes
